If you are not a Qualified partner, Boostant will co-own data that include your name, email address, phone number and birth date. In that event, all promotion entry forms will have a Boostant mailing list Opt-In.

Boostant offers publicly accessible blogs and community forums. You acknowledge and agree that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected and used by others without your consent. If you want us to remove your personal information from these areas, contact us. If we may not be able to remove such information, we will let you know about the reasons.

You acknowledge and agree that any ideas, suggestions, concepts or techniques which you provide in these areas or in any other way related to the Site, Boostant or its business shall become the property of Boostant without any compensation or other consideration payable to you by Boostant, and you do so of your own free will.
